Can I really move the chip myself?
Yes — most people finish in about ten minutes. The questions we get asked most, answered straight.
- Is it hard to do?
- No. The kit includes every tool, an alignment holder that sets the chip in exactly the right spot, and a step-by-step video. It takes about ten minutes.
- Is my card safe?
- Yes. With the DIY kit your card stays in your hands the whole time. We never see it, and we will never ask for your PIN or an OTP.
- Is my money safe?
- Yes. Pay cash on delivery when the kit reaches your door, or cancel any time before we start engraving.
- What if I damage the chip?
- Rare — roughly one transfer in a hundred. Our chip-safe guarantee covers it: get a replacement from your bank and we do the full lab transfer free.
