Eligibility for Returns

• Returns are accepted only for items that are defective, damaged, or not as described on our website.
• Return requests must be submitted within 7 days of receiving the product.
• Items must be returned in their original packaging with all tags, labels, and accessories intact.
• Products that are perishable, intimate, or custom-made cannot be returned unless defective.

• Provide your order number, reason for return, and photos of the item if damaged.
• Our team will review your request and provide instructions for returning the item.

Refunds

• Approved returns will be refunded to your original payment method within 7–10 business days of receiving the returned item.
• Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item received was defective or incorrect.
• In case of exchanges, the replacement item will be shipped once the returned item is received and verified.

Exceptions

Some products, including personalized items, perishables, and intimate products, are not eligible for returns unless they are defective or damaged.
