If you receive a damaged or defective product, please report it to our Customer Service team within the same day of receipt. The merchant will verify the issue before processing any action.
If you feel the product received is not as shown on the site or does not meet your expectations, you must notify our Customer Service team within the same day of receipt. After review, the team will make an appropriate decision.
For complaints regarding products with a manufacturer warranty, please refer the issue directly to the manufacturer.
In case of refunds approved by VAIBHAV KANSAL, the refund will be processed within the same day to the customer’s original payment method.
