For the purpose of these Terms and Conditions, the terms “we”, “us”, “our” refer to VAIBHAV KANSAL, operating the website metalcards.in, with registered/operational office at 1193, Inderlok Colony, Swarg Ashram Road, Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh – 245101, India. The terms “you”, “your”, “user”, “customer” refer to any natural or legal person who is visiting our website and/or placing an order for printing services.

1. Nature of Service

• We are a custom printing service provider.
• We manufacture and print on metal cards strictly as per customer specifications.
• We are not a bank, financial institution, card issuer, or payment service provider.
• Any resemblance of printed cards to credit/debit cards, IDs, or other official instruments is solely at the customer’s request.

2. Customer Responsibility

• Customers are solely responsible for the content, design, logos, text, images, numbers, or details submitted for printing.
• If a customer requests printing of card numbers, names, or similar details, such printing is done only as per customer instruction.
• We are not liable for how the cards are used after delivery.
• Customers must ensure submitted content does not infringe copyright, trademark, or third‑party rights and complies with applicable laws.

3. Limitation of Liability

• We shall not be responsible or liable for any transaction, payment, or financial activity carried out using a printed card.
• We shall not be liable for any fraud, misuse, or illegal activity arising out of the usage of the card.
• We disclaim any association with and any liability towards banks, card networks, payment gateways, or government institutions.
• Our liability is strictly limited to the printing service and the physical quality of the product delivered.

4. Intellectual Property

• All designs, logos, and content provided by the customer remain the property of the customer.
• By submitting content for printing, you grant us a limited license to reproduce it only to fulfill your order.
• We do not claim ownership of customer‑submitted content.

5. Usage Restrictions

• Our products are intended for personal, promotional, or gifting purposes.
• They must not be used as legal tender, financial cards, government‑issued IDs, or any official document.
• Any misuse of the printed cards is solely the responsibility of the customer.

6. General Terms of Use

• Your use of the website and/or purchases from us are governed by these Terms and Conditions, which may change without prior notice.
• No warranties are given as to the accuracy, timeliness, performance, completeness, or suitability of information on this website.
• You acknowledge such information may contain inaccuracies or errors; we exclude liability for such inaccuracies to the fullest extent permitted by law.

• Links to third‑party websites may be provided for convenience; we do not endorse their content.
• You may not create a link to our website without prior written consent.

8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

Any disputes arising out of your use of our website or services shall be governed by the laws of India, under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh.

9. Payment Authorization Disclaimer

We shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising directly or indirectly due to decline of authorization for any transaction by the payment gateway or acquiring bank, including circumstances where a cardholder exceeds preset limits with their bank.

We are not affiliated with any bank, financial institution, or government agency. We do not print or replicate official credit cards, debit cards, payment cards, or government-issued IDs. All products are strictly custom-printed for personalization, gifting, and promotional purposes only.
